Licensing Terms & Pricing

OBIS software licensing options contain three types of product and service:

• Software licensing: annual per user

• Services: maintenance, support & training

• Contract/custom projects

An initial list of OBIS functions is determined with a contract. Minor updates or patches are included in the annual licensing price. Upgrades with new functions are provided as options. Software is encoded running with Zend Optimizer. Licensing is annual. Typical OBIS setup applies to the pricing below.

Per user licensing terms

For large system, unlimited user licensing is available.

These services are optional. Prices are negotiable.

• Server software installation for locally-hosted solution

  Servers & networks provided and maintained by the local Board/Contractor

  Installation instruction provided to local server admin

  Installation service and admin training available

• Admin/user training & support services

• Annual server support and maintenance (15% - 20%) including help desk and patch updates

  Local vendor representative provided with large user licensing

• Vendor-hosted solution
