This saves tremendous amount of time and effort, enabling you to formulate questions instead of collecting data by hand.

Ad Hoc is an excellent tool in answering 'ad hoc' questions regarding case management and performance status. TWIST Web Reports are limited to preformulated reporting criteria. If your question criss-crosses several reports or there is no existing report for such a question, Ad Hoc tables can be used to generate customer reports and data for analysis. Ad Hoc is truly for those managers who tend to think 'out of the box' questions.

TWIST Ad Hoc tables are also used for comparing your performance with other WDAs. Ad Hoc data is state-wide; all 28 WDAs' cases can be downloaded for comparative analysis.
