OBIS Performance Tracker™

Performance Tracker shows you various measures of 'where we stand' in easy-to-read graphics. It includes current summaries of performance metrics and other key indicators (number of active cases, past due cases, etc.) by center.

All TWC performance measures are included. Other key indicators are predetermined by you and your organization's priorities.

Key measures also show historical trends as OBIS™ database accumulates past data. Data can be drilled down further by connecting to table summaries to view staff-level summary and customer-level data. Some performance measures (e.g. Choices participation rates) are augmented by state-wide comparison of all WDAs using TWIST Ad Hoc data.

Performance Tracker is not just another table that duplicates TWIST Web Reports. As above, cumulative data can be tracked. It offers easy drill down analysis. Some performance measures are further processed and organized into new graphic representations so that their meanings are immediately recognized and different performance levels across centers become apparent. The graph on the right is a new representation of Choices Customer Status Web report.

Performance Tracker panel can be customized into a dashboard, by selecting a partial list of priority measures only.
