For better financial planning, it is critical that all financial decision makers (Board, Career Center and Child Care Service Provider) share financial data. Finance Manager is built on automated procedures to import data from all stakeholder's appropriate databases. We will work with clients to determine type of data and method that can be implemented. In the meantime, career center expenditure data is captured through financial applications.

Support Services Application

When support services and training budgets (J5 & J6 vouchers) are managed online, expenditure data is stored and linked to budgets (planned budget and board budgets). With Card Management System and training voucher automation, expenditures are captured whenever gas cards and checks are issued. This real-time data is used to compare with allocated expenses, allowing more frequent and real updating of program budgets and less fluctuations and unexpected surplus or deficit incidences.
