Be informed about critical activities and performance issues and take immediate action. BAM Monitor analyzes performance reports against pre-selected criteria for alerting. When a condition is met, an auto-generated message is sent to managers and program staff.

Flags for Problem Cases

OBIS Case Manager™ also flags problem cases and incidences to inform staff by making them visible. But BAM Monitor is an active control service that forces staff and managers to act.

Alert for Rule Violation

BAM Monitor is also used to assure compliance and transaction integrity. For example, if an inactive customer is being issued a gas card as a support service, BAM Monitor will alert staff for its non-compliance.

Depending on your choice, alerts may be forwarded via email or can be stored in a customized Web page if you prefer.

The key to monitoring and alerting is how you set your rules. For each incidence to track, you will need to set a certain threshold or business rule that may be violated by some action by staff. Then BAM Monitor's rules engine monitors cases and reports, alerting you based on the rules you set.

A more sophisticated monitoring may use trending and statistical analysis to note and learn business rules and irregularities for intelligent alerting.
